If he is still pissed off, this time he's only got himself to blame. -
No longer pissed off, just sold out to the guy he said should be thrown out. Love these tough guys. -
When all that "Pissed off Teamster" rhetoric was flying around from his mouth, I was sitting there laughing at my computer monitor knowing what I knew about his phony ass. I called that idiot a fraud long before it was cool to call him a fraud.

When are we going to actually stop talking tough and begin to open our eyes ? UPS always plans years out. They had been updating their inside operations for years , they always start small and see how it works . In my building they updated/automated the small sort four years ago . That shift went from nearly 50 workers down to 12 . I’ve spoken to people in other states where this has happened also . So how much of a stretch did it take to see this is a company wide plan ?Comment

Hi Buddy, looks like the point your question is an attempt to shift blame. It is not the responsibility of workers to research the companies’ goals over the life of the up coming contract. It is duty of the leadership of our union to use the resources available to them, understand the challenges, develop plans to eliminate or at least limit impact to members. Like someone said, how long does it take develop the technology, build the buildings, install, and test? Instead of blaming workers try google-UPS Technology, “UPS has been a technology company since its founding. Innovation is in our DNA,” said Carol Tomé, chief executive officer at UPS. “We continuously look for ways to leverage technology to improve our employee experience and increase efficiency. This is how we build a better and bolder UPS that will continue to be customer-first, people-led and innovation-driven for years to come.” OZ’s answer, NOTIFICATION! Weak, very weak. Instead of “Just Practicing” this could have been a turning point in labor to show greedy employers we do have the power. Not just money to hire a PR firm to come up with “Historic.”

PAL 25 is defending the indefensible. Come out from under your union official rock and join us where we are losing jobs, being reassigned back into package cars and the hub as contractors continue to move our stuff. WE live it PAL.Stop with your condescending arrogance, Comment

Yeah pal. Because a bunch of UPS drivers making 120 K a year mortgaged up to their neck won’t strike with a $500 a week strike pay. With so many members paying them a 3rd of what they make will not end well. I know people will say what about the part timers. The majority do not vote or stay with the company. It is always going to be like this.

They whacked more than half of my part supervisors in my department. They were given 1 month severance and 1 week for every year of service. I don't know how they are going to run with a limited amount of supervisors. These supervisors will be released on April 30th.Comment
