This is pathetic coming from a guy who was in a position to do something about some of it like the subcontracting and the Roadie but didn't.

Carol Tome played O’Brien/Perrone! Why weren’t these issues brought up in negotiations? Historic ? Historic lay off’s coming through automation , as Carol said “ by the way we can still do that “

        “ IM SHOCKED !”

This guy Perron spent a year tearing up Facebook , blasting UPS , calling them every name in the book , exposing them for what they ARE and NOW he is citing all the things he did not get fixed in this historic contract . UPS watched the sideshow O’Brien put on and in the end did exactly what they wanted .

UPS just laughed at the practice pickets. Like, k, but will you pull the trigger and strike. That's what we thought."

A little late for him to speak up. He was on the negotiating committee, claiming no concessions, claiming it a historic contract.

None of the crap he lists just happened. The subcontracting has been growing for years. At the negotiations table it could have been addressed.

All the selfies coming out of negotiations, everyone was smiles and silent. This was the worst negotiating committee ever.

Not one honest Teamster in the room.

The committee were living high off the hog during negotiations. Staying in high priced Washington hotels, eating and drinking with union funds. This was the largest negotiating committee ever and the least effective. A bunch good ole boys, just flunkies to Obrien and Zuckerman.

This is what they were doing during the negotiations, playing cards.

Geez, is Perrone's posting a new realization? Everyone who represents working people needs to treat every employer like "all they care about is profit" and know going in, it is going to be a battle to get the members what they deserve. Now, some employers are certainly better than others, and some may think taking care of their workforce is smart, and makes for better profits, but MOST only care about profits, or there wouldn't be jobs!! Perrone's posting shows the level of inexperienced, naive, incompetent "leaders" oz has assembled! Such a shame for the members, and a disgrace the Teamsters Union has become. Thumbs up to Trump and O'Brian I guess...

I want to know how stupid Perrone feels about O'Brien buddying up with Trump after all the shit he talks on him.

This guy's head is so far up O'Briens' ass, if SOB makes a sharp turn it would snap his neck. He called him the greatest GP ever. Just call him Hoover what a suck ass.

It amazes me that people who know exactly what UPS is all about go into negotiations so unprepared. When you know how devious and dishonest this company is and you leave language open to interpretation which will lead to arbitration instead of a definitive result.

Its pretty obvious Perrone has no experience with 99.9% of Teamster employers. Flash, their all greedy and all "don't care".
