Great for these 3!!! Congratulations for having the courage to stand up against these bullies. On a more cynical note, only 3 out of more than than 200. So oz gets off cheap, and the system looks like it us fair and works. Total BS. The deck is stacked, the investigators/prosecutors get caught lying, cheating, falsifying evidence. The cases go on against political opponents, and nothing changes. In any other tribunal, anything the investigators/prosecutors touched would be dismissed. Not in oz world! AGAIN, Congratulations to the oz buster 3! -

Union busting ??? You mean like handing out deauthorization petitions in GCIU, now PPPWU houses, instructing members how to stop paying dues. The worst Union busting tactic there is, and the Teamsters are doing it in Southern California. oz is a disgrace to the labor movement. Plain and simple!Comment

Ummm yeah ok. Ask the Oregon Ave people about this guy.
A guy I worked with and had 22 years of seniority was being picked on. He was fired for following the company's orders. What did this union (Local 623) do? Told him he didn't have a leg to stand on and resign.

No one is “ propping “ anyone up . This is the first principle officer to post their opinion on the decision. This is news. If O’Brien posts his opinion that will be posted also . -
I'll send you a couple of Facebook snapshots of Mr Hooker and his pseudo names he used to attack the movement and you can post them as "news".
It is kind of hypocritical to call the news and do all those YouTube videos calling out Sean O'Brien for taking from his family when in fact after I called him out on the radio show that he did vote yes to that contract. Lying hypocrite, wouldn't you say?
