The Teamsters and oz failed the members miserably! Any protections that are there now, are the ones which were there from past negotiations. Amateur negotiations that were done in the background, and maybe even prior to the PR show. UPS ecstatic about what they gave, but more importantly, what they didn't give up. It is heartbreaking to watch the demise of the IBT.

Everyday members are finding out that the language in this new contract allows UPS to do whatever they want. Some locals have over 50% of their feeder members back in package.

The $2.50 in H&W as opposed the the traditional $5 was a huge concession.

After seeing how much other unions are getting in GWI, the $7.50 UPS got is garbage.

      UPS beat the Teamsters badly!!!

Well O'Brien dropped the ball in 2013 and 18 supplements were rejected. What made anyone think he was gonna do a better job? He is a company man.

Haha... Ask the 623 Teamsters from Oregon Ave. how they were treated. They were forced to work 3 hours a day when they were guaranteed 40 hours a week. Richard Hooker didn't do a damn thing. Where was the photo op blow up fat cat? Norm Cowley kept reassuring them everything was in the works. They were finally moved to PHL. Most wanted to quit and they all couldn't pay their rents and mortgages.

There is also a harassment grievance that Clarence Bagby was handling. This woman threw her hands up in the air when asked about it.

The new boss is looking a lot like the old boss.

One of the largest concessions in this "historic" agreement was the elimination of contractual protections against placing trailers on the rail.

At least 2000 feeder jobs will be lost over the next five years because the committee conceded this huge gift to the company.

UPS writes the contracts and hands it over to the union to sign. It's not a negotiation. It's been that way for years.

                          TeamsterSOB? It should be TeamsterPOS.

What about 2013 where this asshole signed away on the worst contract ever? We.will never get our healthcare back, we will remain at 4 years progression, 9 months wait to get benefits when it was originally 30 days. The list goes on. This asshole supported all these contracts. Now he is pounding his chest with pride?

This guy is the worst slim ball piece of shit.
