Blake who echoed O'Brien's argument that the UPS contract was historic when in fact it was poorer than the 2013-2018 contract for about 78% of members who didn't get the $2.50 in H&W, should apply for a job at one of the Arizona hubs. Blake would be paid a historic $21, enough to support his family and rent/mortgage.

This is karma for all the lies he spewed to Arizona members when he waged his war on Karla Schuman and went around telling members he was running to take that local and reform it. He quickly sold out to O'Brien for a job at the IBT with the condition he wouldn't run against her.

Where is the Woman's Conference on this, where is the GEB on this, where is the IIO on this? The General President of the Teamsters posts a major league threat, to ALL TEAMSTERS, and the message is clear. So what will happen??? Is there equal treatment by the IIO? Let us wait and see.

If there was ever a question about O'Brien's turn to civility, this is your answer. It is wrong on multiple front's. The leader of one of the most powerful unions in America posts this? I don't see how in the world this is defensible. The man neither has the judgement nor self control to be our General President. Hey TDU are you going to sit on your hands?. Dispicable

At a time in America when there is so much focus on gun violence and violence against woman, the President of the Teamsters posts an image of a man holding a gun to a woman's head accompanied by a paranoid and threatening rant. That's the essence of it .... deranged.

And this latest episode from a man with a history of threats to members. Its time for the GEB to step in and reel O'Brien in, therapy isn't enough.

Has there been any comment from O’Brien explaining this ? There was a good question before , where is TDU’s report on this ? If Hoffa did this there would be a special edition of Convoy ! Or whatever the name is now .

Us that have know him from the beginning could have foretold what was going to happen. He’s a very strong teamster and the Boston bully nickname is correct but what a lot of people don’t know is that he has a severe case of ADHD, and he’s medicated for it, which makes him capable of being really on his game at some times. Now we all know he’s a big boozer. This is what ended his marriage. His wife got sick of him coming home in the middle of the night. Sean is treated with Adderall and it was Ridellan back in the day. I would chalk this up with him, being off his meds, and somebody in his inner circle fucked him over.

He's a walking time-bomb. All those steroids he's been shooting also don't help his Napoleon Syndrome.

This is a shocking image allegedly posted by the IBT GP. I am disappointed in the IBT.

But, before everyone lines up to beat-up (virtually) on this GP.

First, we need to determine if the IBT GP posted this inappropriate meme.

Second. If this is the GP, we need to determine why and who is the target of this anger and threat of violence and retaliation.

Now that Teamsterlink has posted this, I for one will be waiting for a response from the GP.

Finally, if it is a real posting by the GP, an internal complaints must be properly filed by the threatened party with the IIO, the Office of Labor Management Standards (OLMS) and the NLRB.

Anyone could file a complaint, but a complaint by the targeted person would be most appropriate.

It is unfortunate, but this type of behavior must be addressed. The post hurts the union and every member. And, addressing the impropriety of this post will also hurt our union and it's members.

But, if we look the other way, and surrender our union to threats of violence, retaliation and violence against women. What if that was your mother, your sister or your daughter in that meme? Ignoring this threat would be a bigger sin, one that would hurt our union and our members even more.

ALSO:

I'm fairly new on this teamsterlink. But, I find it horrible that people are posting scandalous, if not slanderous comments while hiding behind fake screen names.

Please be more responsible and respectable. If you believe jn your comments, post your remarks and place your name to the post.
