Very informative video. This guy Adam Ochoa nails it. He puts all the other pro O'Brien shows to shame with facts.

Good job from the Rank and File perspective.

Rank and file perspective? That guy Ochoa was nothing but a toady for Rome Aloise when he was principal officer at 948. When he got voted out by the members Aloise tried to overturn the election with Hoffa’s help. I can’t believe all you so called “reformers” doing Rome’s dirty work for him. Rome is nothing but a crook, a racketeer and a sell out. And you guys are propping up his sour grapes campaign. What a joke.

Rome is a piece of shit crook. No doubt. But so is Sean "the soft taco" O'Brien whole like a Taco Bell soft taco folded against UPS.

This video is a really good presentation of facts about the tentative agreement. As others have said , everyone should see this before they vote. Adam Ochoa lays it out, no spin , facts.

It’s a good presentation if you’re a Rome Aloise suck. Aloise just wants to sew division and guys like Ochoa eat the corn out of Rome’s ass.

Hi CamiloCienfuegos, hope all is well! Could not help but notice that once again instead of agreeing or disagreeing with the topic you go on the attack. You know, like when you posted (And then deleted) that part-timers are socialist, lazy, and communist. Perhaps you missed the point of the video. The first claim of the video states that the last contract required a UPS CONTRIBUTION INCREASE of $1.00 per year, per hour for H&W and then pension for a total of $5.00 over the life of the contract. The SOB TA requires UPS to CONTRIBUTE $0.50 per year, per hour for a total of $2.50 over the life of the new contract. Even a socialist, lazy, communist part-timer can see this is a 50% concession of the required UPS CONTRIBUTION and reduces the overall health of the plan. Your continued shifting of blame instead of addressing the topic leads me (And others) to believe that the video is accurate. It would be greatly appreciated if you disagree that this TA is a SOB concession, please feel free to post documentation to the contrary. Oh yea, we have already seen Chuck Mack’s documents and we know UPS will continue to CONTRIBUTE at the 2022 rate until 2028, that is why we call it a CONTRIBUTION FREEZE not a pension freeze. We are sure VP Mark Davidson of Oregon is again gearing up his VOTE YES CAMPAIGN, maybe he has some new propaganda you could use. Hope you have a nice weekend!

Camilo is just upset that this concessionary contract will not go into effect anytime soon.

I see a lot of personal attacks from both sides , those in favor and those against this contract . That seems to be a diversionary tactic , why don’t we simply debate the issue at hand . This appears to be the worst pension contribution negotiation this century. This is a tremendous amount of drum beating about this being the best contract of all time . It simply is not , it appears to have been a well written scripted campaign in the media and at union meetings. That being said , can someone who is in favor of the contract please explain the REDUCED AND THE FROZEN CONTRIBUTIONS ?
                  No concessions? I don’t think so .

In our Local the big negative is the pension. It makes no sense to anyone that we would go backward and reduce the amount we're getting for Health and pension. We don't need to go backward vote NO until we get the full $1.00 back.

I'm not sure why there is an entitlement that you get an annual increase in your pension benefit. As I understand it, an increase in the contribution rate leads directly to an increase in the benefit. A rate freeze still gives you a great benefit. You already have a great benefit and the fund can improve it without increased funding.

Central and Southern members on the national plan deserve the benefit increase they will get, as their pension is too low.

The rest of us aren't getting a benefit increase. If any funds get more towards the contribution rate (that is a big IF), that is just to maintain the benefit. I have a good benefit so I'm not worried about it.
