I am all about getting a good deal for the the part timers. What about the Full timers? I want a good contract for everyone but this seems to be about the part timers. Full timers vote more than part timers. I’m worried this is turning into a contract that is mostly about part timers.

I’ve heard that same argument in every contract I’ve been part of . Just compare the two , F/T and P/T and tell me when the P/T got the advantage . I guess by your logic the P/Ters need to get organized and vote more ( I agree) I will work on that .

I'll second that motion! It needs to be about everybody. After all these years and contracts it's finally time to stop selling out the part-timers. An injury to one is an injury to all. 25 or NO!

You will not receive 25 dollars an hour and the agreement will be ratified. Full timers are voting yes even if they say that they are not.
