Great article ! Lowering expectations makes sense , if you actually read the TA’s there is a lot of nothing there, unenforceable language that we mostly have in different wording that will wind up in arbitration or at national panels for years. UPS is a master of agreeing to language they have no intention of honoring . Shame on us , guess that’s why we have not seen our proposals .
