It all depends on how the "satisfactory contract" is. I know some agreements in my supplement and riders but the majority of it I am in the dark like my region is.

Angry DSA members leaked out that Sean Orr has been warned to tone it down about striking and the $25 starting wage. That he himself has acknowledge a deal will be reached before the end of the month.

The Teamster Mobilize and the Southern Supplement members are already gearing up to Vote No and all the DSA - TDUers working for the IBT like Nick Perry were crying. Hypocrite scumbags that were Vote No gun-ho in 2013 and 2018.
