I'd say that O'Lyin rounded up some of his trolls to write that article because he is getting so much shit from all sides that he needed to put something positive about himself and something negative about someone else (true O'Lyin style). And BTW, O'Lyin keeps taking credit for getting the 2/3 rule removed, along with other constitutional changes. As someone who was part of that, it was a joint effort among both slates and most of the language was not written by TU or O'Lyin. More things he wants to take credit for that were not his to take.
