A Nation Wide UPS Strike according to In These Times

“[A strike] could capture the imagination of people who want a union, but want to join something that they feel is fighting for them.”

The horrible show never mentions a strike.

The contract is pretty much in the bag. There will not be a strike.

I believe there is an agreement already reached which enables O’Brien to rant and rave , brag and threaten and generally put on a great show ! Unfortunately the UPSers love it and don’t see they are being played.

O'Brien already stopped using the "strike" term. He's gonna blame Joe Biden, the economy and the weather on the coming concessions.

Ha, there has to be a strike, otherwise TDU and all the left-wing publications will have been wrong for the last couple of years. How about a short little strike just a wee little one to show your not completely full of BS. Come on Sean show us how tough you are.

BBeatle May be right, an agreed to one day ( or less) strike would insure the O’Brien bragging rights. It would
make him stand “ TALL” and it would satisfy all concerned , those scared to death of a strike and those willing to burn down the world. All in all a well written script.

Crystal ball sez... Part timers go to 20 per and don't vote... Protectional subcontracting language leads to continued subcontracting.... UPS dumps money into your pockets Hozifers proclaim richest contract ever... Hozifers and TDU collectively sell this contract, Local's sell this contract....Grievence panels still suck and ran by the same Hofficer/Hozifer sellouts...Harrasment continues as always...Contract passes 6 months later no one voted for it. So much for change. Have a nice day!
