UPS explores outsourcing UK parcel delivery to third-party courier

UPS wants to reduce the size of its workforce in the UK by transferring last-mile delivery to outside couriers, which would significantly change the labor landscape for legacy parcel cariers.

What are Englands labor laws like? Are they friendly to

UPS has Labor relationships in other countries. This behemoth cannot be expected to act fairly or morally simply by applying collective action in the US alone. That's just not rational thinking. Cooperation is necessary with unions, labor councils, etc. in other countries around common interests. Oh shit! I forgot! "Teamsters versus everyone." That's Cabbage Head's PR tough guy spin for his self-serving reasons only. I don't blame membership for falling for it. It's just not the school of collective thinking that most have ever attended. It is the GP's job to increase the membership's enrollment to that school along with a concept. That's simply not what Cabbage Head does. His PR spin is purely self-serving. What a joke.

The last UPS negotiations it seemed like all of Labor was standing behind the teamsters, a strike seemed a certanty This one could be much different.
