WTF is TRF? Are you kidding me turns out TDU (and what ever else we don't know about) is really a multi -miiion dollar operation. Who knew "reform" could be so lucrative?

I was told that TDU recently moved their office from the ghetto to the most expensive area in Brooklyn New York City. Can anyone verify this?

I know “TDU” uses TRF for their social media handle.

OZ slate member Locals that contributed to TDU/TRF:

      Local 89            $5192 Zuckerman
      Local 705           $50,194 Campos
      Local 135           $43.185 Roach

These are the 2024 contributions to TDU/TRF easily found on the LM-2 reports at the DOL.Could it be that TDU is bought and sold?
Are members of these locals down with this? Do they even know?

Did you know Local 804 gave $44,047 to TRF in 2015?

It's not proper regardless of the years or the leadership involved. The TURD's bottom line has been enhanced since becoming OZHOLES.

The 'old guard' has gone after TDU and TRF on election issues in the past, but found that the election rules were always followed. It is funny that a former steering committee member is now protesting what has always happened, including when he was a candidate himself multiple times, and this protest is also being cheered on by former candidates who benefited from the TDU endorsement previously.

Gimme danger has omitted the difference between the TDU of the past and TDU now. The former candidates who were endorsed by the TDU who exposed the wrong doings of Hoffa and his board as opposed to the TDU of now ignore Oz’s transgressions.

I'm surprised by the amount of money the protest mentions. The revenue for the joint organization TRF is about 1.4 million according to the protest and that was from 2023. The way their all bragging about TDU's growth it's probably doubled by now. Again acording to the protest in 2024 O'Brien/Zuckerman slate member 's local unions contributed over $190,000.00 to TDU/TRF. Any reasonable person would expect it to be much more in 2025, easily enough to buy another endorsement, regardless of how far O'Brien has his head up Trumps ass.

Spunds like prohibited contributions from an employer. How can anyone say TDU doesn't employ people? Sounds like the same kind of thing Amazon does.

TDU' been playing these games with TRF for a long time. I guess spmeone is finally taking a look at it. This could be interesting, what would be the penalty?

There's no longer any mention of Paff, Levin or any of their hired and employed staff on their page. Kind of odd.

Turns out selling your soul is quite lucrative. Like them or not TDU stood for something at one time ,now it stands for the above. Shame

Thanks jm481 I think most Teamsters have never heard of TRF even when they know about TDU. I didn't, it all seems on the shady side.

Hey, don’t believe your lying eyes or ears, just like O’Briens silence on Trump’s attacks on federal unions, antiunion Project 2025, destruction of the NLRB, Lori Chavez-DeRemer’s support for Right to Work, reversal of Joint Employer Rule, or TDU’s Teamster Voice current lack of objective reporting, there is nothing to see here! NOT!

So, what did cause TDU’s noticeable success story between 2021 and today?

Perhaps it was Paff’s suffering from Founder's Syndrome causing him to command excessive control, hindering growth as time went on, leading to a stagnation and failure because he can't let go of his central role or embrace new leadership. Finally, Paff retire, didn’t he?

Perhaps Levene’s a turnaround specialist as TDU demonstrated a phoenix-like rise exhibiting almost immediate growth, a game changing masterstroke allowing TDU to flourish overnight! A revitalization-resurgence of member power, true to the name Teamsters for a DEMOCRATIC Union, just ask the members barred from their own convention, missing the opportunity of not rocking the boat by playing along with the endorsement of O’Brien!

Perhaps the apparent flood of dues money into TDU since their first endorsement, when “O’Brien forcefully addressed key issues to Teamster (TDU) members, including taking on employers with credible strike threats, fighting contract givebacks, eliminating the Two-Thirds Rule, promoting diversity at every level of the union, and building a culture of transparency and inclusion in our union” might shed some light on TDU’s instantaneous success.

            We shall see!

I've not seen anything about this protest from the TDU convention. Has a decision been issued yet? Hard to believe if their really trying to claim TDU is not an employer.
