The GEB right now is useless. They can't believe any of this is good for Teamsters. No one, with the exception of Palmer, wants to risk their title, money and perks to stand up to O'Brien. There should be a challenge to O'Brien just based on the "Historic" sales job of the UPS contract which turned out to be a moderate pay increase and nothing else but broken promises.
