Their not "slow walking". Their not doing it and they don't see any reason to do so. I'm not aware of any AC anywhere is anyone else? The language in this contract is weak in that and other areas. The anti-automation language for example that is supposed to protect teamsters, in the mean time thousands are laidoff while the company automates their building.
