Trump Picks Union-Buster for NLRB Gen. Counsel

The National Labor Relations Board general counsel is a key policymaker shaping labor law. Crystal Carey, an attorney at anti-union firm Morgan Lewis, is the apparent choice.

There is no one more anti-union than this hag! For those of you that realize how important the union is, but just couldn't bring yourself to vote for Kamala your about to see how bad it can get for Unions. Our leadership had to see this coming, did they get played? WTF

        Too little, too late.

"Why should someone who actively believes the NLRB is unconstitutional be allowed to serve as its general counsel?” asked SOB. Well to answer his question there, wasn’t he told about Project 2025’s “Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise”. Didn’t he know that Trump didn’t give two cents to the plight of the working class and worse for unions. Look right now, prices of goods hasn’t come down, the economy is still fragile yet Good Ole Donnie Boy said he was gonna fix the economy on day 1. He used the working class and SOB allowed that to happen by cozying up to the right.

He states earlier “I’ve always promised to call balls and strikes, and be straightforward with our 1.3 million members -on contracts, organizing, campaigns and politics”. Oh really, he said on his podcast that he didn’t want to go the rank-and-file how to vote so therefore that is why there was no political education. Political education is laying out the facts to the rank-and-file, through the perspective of labor, and let the rank-and-file decide. None of that was done.

According to SOB he doesn’t like the IBT going through the NLRB route.

When is Crystal Carey going to the IBT headquarters and be given a “Teamsters vs Everybody” shirt. Imma sure she is gonna wear that proudly as she guts the NLRB further to the point it’s obsolete.

O'Brien hired union busters to go after the owners of this site. He union busted his organizing staff. Really?

Glad they did it but the phrase "too little too late" does come to mind. Didn't O'Brien know about Project 2025 or even Trump's first term NLRB appointments or the idea that Trump might try to claw back the pension bailout? The idea that Teamsters don't use or need the NLRB is laughable, 99% of all our strikes are NLRB ULP strikes.
Pure and simple dereliction of duty to the union.

99% of all union organizing (representation) elections are conducted by a Region of the Board. During the scheduled election period the vast majority of employers violate workers' rights. Those charges are filed with a Region of the Board. SOB knows this. That statement is disingenuous. No wait. They are total bullshit.

There is an old saying “when someone shows you who they are believe them”
O’Brien has certainly done that .

O'Brien made his trip to Mara Largo to dine with Trump already knowing Trump's history. This is not "getting played". O'Brien made his self-serving choice for his benefit and/or very narrow view of the World. I can see no other reasonable explanation. Under the Biden NLRB, workers made great strides forward. Ask any Teamster organizer which board they would prefer, Biden's NLRB appointees or Trump's?"

Our country is being taken apart. Every Trump initiative has been about dividing the workers in the US and the World at large and furthering the transfer of wealth from workers to billionaires.
