Amazon, Local 396 and the NLRB

NLRB decisions on the relationship between Amazon, its DSPs, and the DSPs’ delivery drivers threaten not only the future of Amazon’s delivery model but also the future of the joint employer doctrine.

Great decision; hope it will not be last pro-labor NLRB decision, but the writing is on the wall for these kinds of decisions to be few and far between, in the Trump/RNC future, no thanks to O'Brien's Trump/RNC appeasement and his lackeys' on the GEB appeasement of O'Brien. The only exception on the GEB who has stood up to O'Brien (I'm aware of) is John Palmer; if there are others, better stand up now!

This may be the first time in history that "strikers" were on Unpaid Time Off in order to strike. A whole new concept in "striking". The whole Amazon organizing show is looking more and more ridiculous.
