    John, spot on. The ACT and the Board were created and enacted only as a response to waves of strikes in 1935. While being a tool of employers' it does provide some rights and protections. With the Board being "in Limbo" strikes or a general strike is the only action that will cause effective, positive change. Sean still fails to call out Trump's actions and words.
