And why not explain the program - it's a few hundred thousand foreigners on special 1 year visas, from all over the world (in theory), with special tech skills to fill "vacancies " for Fortune 500 cos. The H-1B program is just one more way for corporations to find cheap labor. Another side benefit is the total control the company then has over that "employee".
