Amazon must be shaking in their boots wondering if O’Brien is going to “Practice Picketing!”

Amazon is saying we saw all the shit talking you did with UPS only to get your ass handed.

O'Brien placed Local 997 into trusteeship for recommending a no vote on the second Molson Coors offer. He instead got them a historic $1.27 over 3 years.

Should we talk about how he lost in the Railroads and Costco?

O'Brien is all talk, no action!

Berlin Rosen will have a campaign touting just how successful the saber rattling and threats have Amazon quaking in their boots!

I'd wager that practice picketing will be coming soon, that and press releases are our prefered methods. Amazon is important but it seems to me we should be organizing Roadie since their the ones directly taking our work.

So whats this im seeing about the Teamsters Amazon Negotiating Committee? They released a video about it on YouTube and they claim its being run by Amazon rank and file which doesn't make sense to me. I get they want their input and demands, but shouldn't they be bringing in professional contract builders and negotiators? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCC6h991RYM

Looks to me like this is a persuasive video to help organize more amazon workers. It's a little misleading the way it describes the meeting, it is more of a bunch of workers getting together to talk about what they want in a contract. I'm sure whenever actual negotiations begin the union will have plenty of experienced negotiators and a battery of lawyers present.

So what the chance this ultimatum ends up amounting to anything? Unless we can hit amazon is dozens of locations strategically across the country, they can probably move their logistics flow around to mitigate the impact

Organizing Amazon is about protecting teamster jobs.

Hearing from Amazon workers, they don't want to be part of the Teamsters. Less than 1 percent are interested. Korgan and his smoke/mirrors. Just our dues going to waste

If Amazon was smart, all they need to do is show the 400k that Korgan makes for doing nothing.

Korgan made $502k last year, not $400k.

Watching these pickets on TV is hilarious. Majority of those picketing are reps and organizers of different locals. In the Industry facility it's 396 staff, in San Bernardino it's 1932 staff. SOB and Korgie are not going to make a dent in the package deliveries. Horrible strategy as always.

A horrible strategy is sitting around a doing nothing, like the previous administration, while all of our industries, contracts and benefit funds are endangered.

Every strike starts out with BA's and activists and allies. This just started, give it a chance. This is getting major coverage so we need everyone out there.
