It shouldn't be lost on anyone that this big PR move to speak at both was a set up from the start. The RNC was always going to have him speak. His not so vailed cover was to say he would also speak at the DNC. There was never a question that he would speak at the RNC. He endorsed trump when he had him in the building, for all the misguided members who wanted to vote for him. This is simply the biggest disgrace for the Teamsters; selling out the members, selling out their future, selling out the entire labor movement. Further destruction of our union as planned by the oz/tdu/govt tripartite! Such a disgrace...

This, is a travesty, a betrayal, a mockery; The Teamsters GP standing with avowed union-busters and racists; those who deny basic human rights. The RNC agenda is the antithesis of all our Union claims to be. Just read the Preamble to the IBT Constitution. Who in the International leadership will condemn this? Biden and many Democrats have serious contradictions too; blind support for Israeli government genocide in Palestine. I, like many others, struggle with pulling the voting booth lever for the candidates that will hurt the planet and its inhabitants the least. Now this; Is this a nightmare? Will Rod Serling appear and tell us, "You have now entered the Twilight Zone." ?

Not a fan of this administration but have to throw this out there. It is estimated that up to %60 of the membership identify as republicans. I know this isn’t in the memberships best interest but they have a right to choose. It’s the same as my body my choice. This is American.

Mr. Teamster: Leaders are elected to lead, not hold up a wet finger to see which way the wind is blowing. The Teamsters oath of obligation that O'Brien and every officer take, requires them to act in the best interests of the members. I'm ok without a Biden endorsement, but Trump; no way.

What in the ever loving f*** is happening in the Teamsters?

[The Direct Line]

We just saw what the GOP leadership in the south, especially in Alabama at Mercedes-Benz/UAW election, how they attacked and rallied to defeat the union election and SOB wants to talk to convention full of them, core ant-union and bosses. The GOP wants to destroy unions and the labor movement, in general. What does the Teamsters have to gain from this other than showing conservative Teamsters that we are not solely dems or this is solely for SOB gain.

The former president has talked alot about going after communists and socialists does SOB want to get rid of the red in the Teamsters. I am communist. So is SOB okay with another Trump presidency that will go after red Teamsters.

Our political support and donations should go solely to the Dems or the GOP, both have failed the working class. We need to move past this political duopoly, I hope for the day for a Workers/Labor Party that represents the interest of the working class.
