I agree with your comment. the company will undoubtably appeal, its a long process. More reason to make sure NLRB appointments and decisions lean toward the union side as they have for the last few years. No union supports the under funding of the Board which is meant to weaken it further. It's slow and all but I'd rather be on the winng side of a 10j than the alterative.
