Wow, she is an embarrassment. The OZ Administration is a joke and destroying the IBT. Everyone believed the IBT would be better off without Hoffa well I think these clowns have set back the Teamsters Union twenty years. Funny you say that ! I’m a member and I don’t think speaking like that means you are tough . I think it makes you look weak and shows that you are “ playing to the crowd” trying to incite an emotional reaction. Look how well playing the tough guy worked with that senator ! Any truly honest assessment of that encounter shows the we LOST that one . After calling him out looking really tough , we get offered a charity event to settle the argument and we IGNORE it! Opus Dei is right in this podcast she’s definitely sounding more reasonable, less crazy and with more of a focus on the members—guess she’s feeling the pressure. Also the host seems to have a crush on her so it’s a bit of a circle jerk and less of a dicksteppin session

If people don’t like Lindsay it’s because they don’t want to see a strong woman dominate a mans sport. She is dominating in a men’s league. You can hate her but she doesn’t take shit and she gives hope to women in the Teamsters.

There are other women in power that don't act or talk that way. It makes her look weak and childish, i'm all in for women to be in powerful positions but this one isn't one of them. She's targeting the wrong audience, she needs to step it down several notches is she is thinking about getting anywhere in this organization.

She fired him back in Nov/Dec. She’s taking the O’Brien approach of complete submission. No free thinking and total obedience. I feel sorry for her staff, you could see it in their faces how miserable they are.
