Howard Williamson was a dear friend, a mentor and much more. We worked tirelessly together on getting the Independent Teamsters Organizing Committee off the ground to address AI/automation. The night before he had his heart attack, we discussed it. He had a sense of urgency about it, and I deeply miss our daily talks. We would talk several times a day about strategy, about life, about his amazing life, and more. I am sad, but I will continue to carry out the work we started. That is what he would have wanted.

My thoughts are with his wife, Susan, and his children. ❤
