Time for those suspensions to start. I believe Scearcy is already out of the Principal Officer position at 117

Scearcy and Smith are just two more bad apples that were part of the toxic Aloise crew that has dragged this union down for too long. Aloise was perhaps the most corrupt Teamster of modern times, selling out the members for tickets to parties and NBA playoff games. Scearcy and Smith (and many others) helped enable his criminal behavior because they benefited as well.

I seem to remember Richard Hooker going to the floor of the last convention with a motion to disqualify Teamsters who have been found guilty by the IRB from running for international office. I wonder if Hooker will continue to have Scearcy on his FB live as an expert on morality in the Teamsters union now that he has been convicted and sentenced.

Just wondering , who paid for all those Fenway tickets when O’Brien and Rosentrader ( ups cochair) went to all those games together?

Searcy has another job already working for his church. He has gone to a higher calling.

That’s an interesting idea , found guilty by the IRB then not being allowed to run for office. Wasn’t O’Brien found guilty of threatening members for running against one of his friends ?

That’s my point, I guess you’re a little slow, Hooker went to the floor to make his motion in hopes of blocking O’Brien’s nomination. I just wonder how big a hypocrite Hooker is. If he is really so passionate about restricting those who have been found guilty by the IRB/IIO will he continue to provide a forum for Scearcy on his FB podcast. Or was his motion at the convention about nothing more than his personal hate towards O’Brien.

I’m not slow at all , I’m agreeing with the motion . Perhaps it should be voted on again and made retroactive .

Good points, but why are you hiding the two month bullshit suspension O'Brien tried to hand Rabinowitz and the IRO slapped down?

Wasn't Rabinowitz a Rome puppet that flipped to become O'Brien's puppet?

Yes he does, a la Rome style. But why did O'Brien try to protect him?

Really, you think "Aloise was perhaps the most corrupt Teamster of modern times". Don't you think that would be John Coli from Chicago, didn't he spend time in prison recently?

Coli and Aloise are birds of a feather but Aloise did far more damage to the organization. Aloise dragged his case out for years, had the union pay for his defense, smeared good Teamsters and ultimately destroyed the careers of all his friends because he didn’t want to go out alone. I liken Aloise to a suicidal mass shooter who wants to take out everyone with him. Coli was bad but ultimately only destroyed his own career. Last time I looked, his son was still head of the local which means the locals members aren’t as mad as you are. Romes local rejected Aloises hand picked slate by a 2-1 margin.

The OZholes hired Coli's bagman Brian Rainville to run our union. It's been great.

There are other Locals in NorCal that need to be investigated for working in collusion with Rome.

Rome is the Teamster equivalent of Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein. A psychopathic criminal who wasn’t exposed until it was too late. Sad how many people he violated. Even sadder that his enablers have taken on multiple aliases on this site to defend him. Gross.

Seems to me that all Scearcy did according to the judge’s decision was to get advice on organizing and on a benefit fund. Diana Kilmury posted today on Facebook a good opinion on this very thing.

hooker is a phoney. He’s all social media.
he hired Dino guastella (Philly DSA) to do his job .
A quick google search will show you what a WHACKO Dino is.
hooker was promised a seat by the horrific Vairma slate. BUT THEY LOST … Sad thing is nobody in 623 has much brains to take hooker out. The IBT would LOVE to get rid of the hooker. I know the IBT sees this site. Here is my message. IF YOU GOT SOMETHING ON HOOKER…. Take him out. If not good luck finding anyone in 623 with any brains. You got hooker pretending to run the local while Dino calls all the shots. This is what happens when a clueless rank and file member takes over the local.
take hooker off his script …. You see how brain dead he is
