Looks like that exempts me. I paid for 3 years when Ken Paff encouraged me because "I was utilizing their resources for the Vote No". That was 10 years ago, so I am not breaking their "rules". Now that I think about it, I started talking sh!t about TDU a couple months after sending them their "fee".
