Someone asked in another thread whether or not the Union wanted to organize in Freight. After this shameful episode we won't be doing a lot of Freight organizing any time soon.

This is what happens when you think and speak with the little head. Game over unbuckle your chinstrap, go to the equipment room and turn in your shit. This was f**king horribly played by the rookie QB.

Trucking has been our core industry, the way this has been handled will haunt us for some time. Members are leaving with a bad taste in their mouth and who can blame them. When freight was important in the Teamsters we had the ability to shut down the country. In 10 years with our current organizing the only thing we'll be able to shut down is a few schools and some pot shops.
