I am being told that it came off the healthcare money, .50 cents and so now our healthcare is getting short changed as well.

NorCal and perhaps SoCal will experience a Dollar or more increase in HW. So 50 cents isn't even going to cover that! Forget pension money. Under this TA when Healthcare costs rise above the .50 available the only option is take it from wages or cut the level of health benefits, is that right?
