    O'Brien made it clear that PVDs will be a strike issue

          UPS owns a company called Roadie that claims to have 250,000 PVD drivers at the ready. UPS has no interest in getting rid of PVD's, be skeptical of language that claims to limit it.

              What happened is that it was exposed here on Teamster Link that Sean was poised to agree to PVD's. This concession is how Sean was going to divert monies to the $25 an hour wage increase promised for Part-Timers.

              When Sean saw his scheme exposed, he lost his mind and backed off is this major concession. UPS has always desired Part Time ground delivery drivers and Sean was ready to give that to him until it was leaked out to the membership.
