How should the "2-person" meeting be run? Should rank & filers see some details and give feedback to their Reps or should most everyone go in blind?

The Locals can assign whoever they want for most 2-person meetings. Most often the reps are as much in the dark as everyone else. I've never understood why there isn't opportunity to get a copy ahead of time so that everyone can be prepared in advance with questions. I don't think anyone should go in blind.

There's a pattern here. Let me guess..... Details won't be mailed to members, glossy selling points distributed, and in person voting. BTW I hope they put them in our pension plans.

I believe the two meeting is to inform them of the negotiations and proposals and they in turn will come back to the membership to explain everything so the membership can make an informed decision.
