Been saying this all along. Full timers will ratify a last, best and final. They are grateful for their pay and benefits. There is no solidarity between full and part timers. If part timers don't vote or participate, a last best and final will be ratified.

The full timers in my area do not want to strike over part time wages. They look at it as pay the existing part timers but they are not striking for people that don’t even work here yet.
