Yellow Freight CEO Statement On The Future of The Company

There is a big stalemate at Yellow Freight. It appears to me that the union has bent over backwards for this company and they want more and enough is enough. Should be interesting what the future remains at Yellow.

On its present course this company will be out of business very soon. Members have to decide if they can do better elsewhere, in a lot of cases giving up lots of seniority, vacation etc. They should at least get the opportunity to make the decision. No one is debating how much they've given up to keep Yellow in business and there's no guarantee that anything will save it. It would be more responsible to negotiate the best thing possible and let members decide rather than do nothing.

Being honest and reasonable, allowing members to actually make decisions with the facts does not fit this administration’s narrative.

Completely agree, let the members decide. Anything less is sinful to say the least.
