Local 2010 LM2 Report

My new hobby has been going through LM2 Reports of different locals. First one Local 2010. Principal Officer of that Local makes over 200k a year. Noticed that they received a PPP loan of 780k that they didn't have to pay back. Claim to have no agency fee payers even though they are public sector. Another thing that stuck out is that the Local made a donation to the Power Slate. Wonder if this was approved by the Membership? Oh and they have tons of hotel expenditures.
