This is a worthwhile campaign. Amazon says these and other "third Party" delivery companies employ these drivers not Amazon. Their entire delivery system is based on this model that they are not responsible for these employees. On closer scrutiny though, Amazon virtually controls every aspect of the work performed by these drivers. With the favorable NLRB that is currently in place, now is the time to test the legality of that business model.
