Will Rosewell Hub Talk About The Shit Show Strike Authorization Vote?

A strike authorization vote should always take place before even starting the negotiations. Even before any flyers are handed out stating "Strike". Let's see if the long time activists will even bother talking about it on their hit YouTube shows.Tub and Mule? Rosewell? Union Power Radio?

I also love these Teamsters who pop up out of the weeds and want their part of fame.

Taking an early strike vote used to be SOP, the committee would tell the employer they and their membership are ready to go if needed. How do you screw this up?

DanaCos, it's called the Teamster ego. Somehow they feel like they know more than the other Teamster.

In one of the countless shows they had a business agent asking an officer from a RTW state explain what right to work was since he didn't understand it, LMFAO!

But members are suppose to listen to these people and other buffoons just inflating O'Brien like these idiots from the Roswell Hub who do 10 to 15 minute edited shows, LMFAO!

      Just pathetic!

as a 40 yr teamster, I don't remember ever voting to strike before negotiations had begun.

You are right. Even in 1997, they didn't have the results until early June. It was one big consensus in 2013 that a vote should take place before you even talk about a strike. That was a big gripe in 2018 too.

You may also remember that we had an agreement almost one year prior to the 2008 contract. They also had an agreement one year prior to the previous contract. And, in 99 it was called the "October 1 or we're done" campaign. Why all the sudden these last minute negotiations?
