I went to Glendale, CA to see the documentary on the 2023 UPS contract negotiations. I do appreciate the filmmakers for giving light to rank-and-file UPS Teamsters, some I know who come out in the documentary.

the most cringe moments comes when our general president is on screen. A local 804 rank-and-file asks him, “what about the White House?” The general president replies, “Fuck’em. I don’t them not to get involved.” I laughed my ass off so hard knowing that the Biden administration were involved during the negotiation with the special envoy Celeste Drake. That was a lie like how this contract was portrayed as “historic”.

Seeing David Levin of TDU on screen talking to UPS teamsters rank-and-file was another stand out laughter simply because he never worked for UPS.

A lowlight and disappointing moment was when some L804 TDU were at the gates selling the contract.

Glad the filmmakers gave time to those that were skeptical of the contract and showing someone from L177 out at the gates telling their fellow rank-and-file to vote no.
