Wow! How will this history of the fight for a first contract play out when and if Sean O'Brien testifies in Congress about his now signature legislative demand: The Faster Labor Contracts Act?
Attorney Michael Feinberg is also attorney for JC10 New England and the New England Teamsters Pension Fund. He is on record in transcripts reviewed under the Freedom of Information Act as providing false information to the US Department of Labor regarding a charge of 16 months of uncollected New England Teamsters Pension Fund contributions for twelve Local 251 members employed by Crown Linen Services in Pawtucket, RI.

Does anyone know if the current OPEIU collective bargaining agreement, covering the unionized IBT staff in Washington DC, includes the right to honor a primary picket line?

Thank you Brother Negrete for posting this information.

This IBT has no problem hiring union buster attorneys to fight an internal organizing drive. They've done it before and couldn't care less what the rest of the labor movement thinks. It's now a family business and the organizers aren't part of the family.

Didn't they fire a few organizers that tried to unionize before ?
