Not yet. Expect that to happen around Spring or late Spring 2027 unless SOB thinks that he doesn’t need the survey due to members sending questions to his “Better Bad Ideas” show. He might dedicate one of his episodes to “UPS Survey: We Are Hearing From Our Members”.

The issues are much the same as the last contract that didn't fix anything. The tough talk has already begun. Local 63 says the right to strike over grievances is a strike issue, lets hold them to it.

You know what’s so old? You looking down your nose at other members who are not as experienced as you are. These members are trying to find their way to get something started. Just how do you start a centralized movement when the IBT will oppose anyone they don’t hand pick ( who are willing to sign an NDA) years ago I would have suggested they contact TDU how do you think that would go ?

Watcher 745: Based on my experience as a long-time Teamster and TDU member, it would not go well and it would be a waste of time to depend on TDU to assist in any dispute involving the OZ GEB. I tried, relative to 16 months of uncollected NE Teamsters Pension Fund contributions for Local 251 members employed by Crown Linen. David Levin by email responded that there were disappointments during Ron Carey's administration and therefore TDU would not involve itself in even discussing the matter.

Just read the story above about the nurses contract , it reinforces my statement above! Language is so important and members rarely realize the importance because they get distracted by $$ dollar signs.
Obrien will use his bluster and tough guy act to distract away from his goal to settle and settle quickly.

Members need to stop buying into his fake narrative, he does the same bullshit drama every chance he gets! Big talk , big threats, big claims of being the bad ass hero of the labor movement. Just look at what he has accomplished, next to nothing ! Thousands of jobs lost or ruined at UPS, Big promises with no results ( how do you like that AC? )
