    Liberty Coca-Cola Loses Strike

Liberty Coca-Cola Teamsters in Philadelphia concede on all issues. Get no additional raises, no raises in healthcare and pension goes to 401k. This is all contingent on a vote that will be done in the IBT ballot intimidation trailer.

The members voted to approve it. The union is only as strong as the membership

Thanks DanaCos for posting the exact proposal. Looks a bit different than this news report. I can't believe the union "thanked' the company for their patience.

We cannot continue to let Coke and their distributers take us on one at a time. No local will get what they deserve and more will become non-union if we continue the present course.
A three-week strike against Liberty Coca-Cola's North Philadelphia facility has ended after the union and soft drink distributor agreed to a new five-year contract, both sides announced on Monday.

That's weird how my link appeared to change. The $2 front end raise appears to be stellar. But 0 raises in contributions to health and welfare?
