They've been negotiating those supplements in Washington according to twitter but it looks like their now going home "to continue". No mention of the April 17 deadline.

Seems like the whole supp first deadline was a gift to UPS, just to make sure there were no holdouts. The deadline makes it harder to get improvements at the local level because UPS knows the local people are under pressure to get a ta.

Local 705 and Local 710 have lots of leverage over UPS and not under the master. Good to see the two Locals sitting in on each others negotiations, gives the company something to think about.
