The two/thirds rule is gone so theoretically a rejected proposal cannot be imposed. If a strike vote has been taken and the existing contract has expired the union is free to either strike or return to the bargaining table or both.

Sean O'Brien is already celebrating the supplements. He will go back to the table. He doesn't have the balls to strike.

Anyone know when Rome's attorney Rabinowitz will be investigated? How did an attorney get to become a Principal Officer and now head of JC7? Something smells rotten

Wouldn't that be epic? The very man who used the 2/3 rule to screw the membership, then fixed it and could potentially have the new rules used against him.

You guys do know that Rabinowitz is now a loyal O'Lyin ass kisser, right? He, along with Karla Schumann and several others that were Vairma supporters are now so far up O'Brien's ass, they have to fight Lindsay for space in his intestines.
