This dude from Roswell Hub is a scumbag

He starts his video by saying in 2013 that we all just voted "Yes" to the UPS contract. Where the hell was he? That is far from the truth. That contract was overwhelming shot down in 18 supplements. The 2018 contract was by far not worse than 2013. We lost the best Healthcare money can buy in 2013. We were given 4 year progression in 2013, which we still have. I could go on and on.

The best part is that he has 2 of the biggest jerk offs who supported and voted for the 2013 contract on the podcast.

The 2013 contract started the Vote No FB page and movement. How in the world did this guy get that it started in 2018?

The healthcare concessions O'Brien negotiated was worst than 2018.

What an absolute and total scumbag. Richard Hooker hated the vote no movement. Then he decided to put together a slate and gave out vote no shirts exactly like ours (I designed them and Bobby Curry printed them) that had his slate name on them. When he was giving them out ,there wasn't even a contract being talked about. Members approached him asking "vote no to what?". His reply?,,,, "Well, we don't know yet".

Wow just wow. For him to sit there and tell the world that "We voted no In 2013" is a smack in my face. I created that whole movement in 2013 out of frustration and fought people like Richard Hooker and my Eboard.

And who the hell does this Kirwood a$$hole think he is? The whole vote no movement started in 2018?

AND, I won't mention her name since she is noboby but was mentioned in the video is an alcoholic who doesn't even show up for work. Works 2 days a week tops. The only time she works a full week is during Christmas season to collect tips, then goes out the day after every year. Let's not forget how she bad mouthed Sean O'Brien and then snuck up to Boston to go on a booze cruise. A bottle of alcohol was more important than fighting for a cause. This woman is never around for the right reasons, just her own.

Amazing how these ****roaches jumped out of the woodwork. I have a whole hard drive full of proof these people are lying. I designed and printed all those flyers here at 623 while Hooker was busy telling people the vote no movement didn't know what we were talking about.

Actually the Boston ******* does not like Hooker because he didn't support O'Brien in 2021.

He also doesn't like Hooker because he reminds him of 2013 which he wants members to forget.

He actually goes on social media after O'Brien contacts him to tell him to counter with nonsense and claim the media is wrong.

The UPSers are so far fine, but i guarantee you during the supplemental negotiations they will get low balled and it will get ugly.

The First School busses in Rhode Island just told the Teamsters they will not contribute to that collapsing pension Fund.

Ask the Boston ******* to explain this:

Not one word of the election results.

Is that why he doesn't like talking about union politics on his show?

Kerwood is only aware of the 2/3 rule being used against us in 2018? So full of himself.

Richard Hooker knows. He was happy when that contract was shoved on us in 2013.

Amazing how these people can put on a whole new persona when it benefits them politically.

Does the Roswell Hub dude and the Boston ******* know that in 2013 O'Brien and Ken Hall agreed to raise progression from 3 years up to 4 years. Why don't they mention that?

I would have to agree, that many teamsters simply voted yes because TeamCare did not affect them. That is why the master passed and I think that is what they were referring to. For the record, I am from New England, and I voted no in support of you guys. Contact should have never been imposed on the rejected supplements.

The way the IBT Constitution was written, the contract should have never been able to be pushed on the members. The reopener clause should have been implemented due to the fact that the master barely passed and 18 supplements failed largely in part to the healthcare. Sean O'Brien should have known this being that he was the lead negotiator on the supplements. The clause used against us was buried in Article 12 and was given more weight than any other language. The people charged with the duties of negotiating that contract should be in jail in my opinion. It was a crime. There were and still are members buried in debt after receiving TeamCare.

ISN'T THAT RIGHT RICHARD HOOKER? HOW DID YOU VOTE?

I still cringe when I see people like Sean O'Brien act like he did nothing wrong.
