    Perrone ignores NDA's

Local 804 isn't paying attention to any gag order. Perrone and 804 have their own supplement in NY, they didn't agree to any non disclosure agreement. Their all over twitter talking about 804 members safety proposals and the companies response. Members need to see and hear what UPS thinks about us and our proposals. We can't even get a copy of the real union or company contract changes their talking about.
End the Brownout. If President O'Brien really wants us to be ready to take UPS on then end the gag order so we know what we're striking for.

Looks like we actually have a leader out there , someone not afraid to go against an absurd order by O’Brien! The members need to be informed of what’s happening .

Sean O'Brien is a control freak and thug. The quicker members realize this the better we'll be.

The pledge card drive last week did not go well for O'Brien either.

Richard Hooker is the same way. 623 is ignoring the NDAs. We aren't gonna know anything about national negotiations until the end so that us minions will behave in hopes that our particular issues are going to be addressed.

I understand that the promises I make in this Agreement shall continue until such time as the UPS Supplement and/or National Agreement is ratified by the appropriate IBT membership body.

Vinny is doing an excellent job on his supplement. He is negotiating mechanical retracting mirrors, sanitary supplies in women's bathrooms, thermometers, and more ice machines in the name of safety of course. Way to go Vin! Did you really pull the safety committees?

And he tells people I am a lunatic. Lol

Dino is the guy hired by Richard Hooker as the "Director of Operations" on day 1 of the Hooker Adminstration take over.

I still find it baffling that Hooker & Co. bashed the Secretary and her incompetence but still have her working under them. I have known her a long time and she was and still is an excellent person to be working for our local union. Amazing what people will say when running for office.

                    Perron Neg 804 Report.jpg

So this is more like it. A useful report that tells us what's going on in negotiations point by point. To the idiots and lawyers running this union, this is how you keep members informed and ready to take action. Please tell me what damage this report has done to our position , zero, no damage. It proves what most of us know, UPS doesn't give a damn about our safety.
Perrone is right. There'll be no Brownout at least in Local 804.

It looks like only 623 and 804 are giving information.

Had it confirmed that 177 has a gag order too. They don’t do anything though. No updates, social media..nothing.

The answer to every question is get the app. The app has a lot of general information but the information is so general its not much different then last time. I understand national hasn't started yet but once it does and the company has seen our proposals, why can't members see them? I'd like to see the exact proposals from each side. Members in the negotiations can see them but because of NDA's can't say anything. In another union I was in we had to vote what our proposals were.

On national contracts, there is typically a 'two person meeting,' to approve the proposals put forward nationally. Principal officer and BA from each local would attend. They also have these meetings to determine if an offer will be put to a vote by the members. After that meeting details are always published.
Some more information in the meantime seems necessary, but I haven't followed it too closely.
