CAROL TOME STOCK PAPERWORK

I AM NOT 100% SURE , but this appears to be Carol turning her OPTIONS INTO STOCK ! In other words she maybe buying while the stock is down NOT SELLING .

I may be wrong so if there is someone out there that actually knows please clarify for all the speculators and conspiracy theorist’s.

One of my relatives is a professional broker. He says she exercised some of her options to turn them into actual shares, then immediately sold a chunk of them to cover taxes. This was a very routine transaction. She is not dumping stock prior to negotiations

Would like to know just how much stock she has !

You'll never be able to tell based off the SEC filings. She was compensated $27 million in 2021, but only a couple million of that was in cash. The rest was stock options, which could have been cashed from any time. She has been on the board of UPS for many years, so the options she exercised could have been from 10 years ago. We just don't know.

All in all, there's really nothing extraordinary to see here.

My friend who is a broker actually just told me the same . A routine transaction. Yesterday members were running around like “ chicken little “ screaming the sky is falling ! It is scary when people who don’t know what they are talking about spout off as though they do !
