This reporter usually has good sources. What do the lay-offs mean? Is it usual seasonal downturn, readjustments as Covid related protocols go away or 22.4's haven't worked that well. Is UPS conceding that 22.4's are gone. Maybe just the normal UPS mind-games to deter what they know will be a devastating strike.
