The above link, is an article about how Trump and his MAGA movement are allowing multi-national corporations to lower their US tax obligations.
While workers must and do pay their fair share of taxes on the wages we earn, the "white collar corporate criminals" that GP Sean O'Brien rails against continue to call the shots with the full backing and support of the Trump/MAGA players. So, those are O'Brien's allies that the self-described SOB blows hot air about.
