    U.P.S is laying off across the country

    For the first time in my life u.p.s is laying off. I believe 75% of the layoffs are due to the economy going back to pre 2020 when u.p.s didn’t need 350,000 workers.

    I think 25% of it has to do with contract negotiations. The g.p has been very vocal that he’s not going to negotiate past the expiration date. This is going to get ugly and ugly fast.

    UPS obviously has a plan. We shouldn’t underestimate them.

      O'Brien is in for a rude awakening. He started negotiations to late and UPSers are gonna pay the price just like the Costco members did.

        Do we have reports of all the locations laying off?

        So far I've heard of Columbia, SC and Philadelphia.

            I agree. The negotiations are reminding me of what Hoffa did in 2013. Last minute drop and vote.

              16 feeder drivers at Oregon Ave., Philadephia. This was due in part of the routes being moved to Harrisburg.
