But you have no other evidence that GP Hoffa, Jr. stayed Santos and Reeves discipline by JC10? And you're stating that Santos continued receiving his Local 251 salary and benefit contributions during his 30 day suspension?

You don't have evidence of anything. Everything you've stated about this has been false until called out. Talk to them yourself, you worked with them. An unpaid suspension is an unpaid suspension: Santos and Reeves both served 30 day unpaid (from union salary/stipend/benefits) suspensions, and have both since continued being in elected office. A termination is a termination: Maini was terminated from being a BA and returned to UPS.

A stay pending appeal process means a person keeps on receiving pay while the process plays out (kinda like innocent until proven guilty in some of our contracts). Once the process is final, the discipline applies. Both cases involved those charged having the penalty stayed, and then the penalties were imposed. No contradiction. Again, a common practice.
