US Dept. of Labor: Lori Chavez-DeRemer off to a fast start for disempowering workers

BROTHERS & SISTERS: TO OPEN THE ARTICLE, PLEASE CLICK ON THE LEFT HAND "PORTSIDE" ICON, GO TO THE LABOR ICON, THEN SEE JULY 25TH ARTICLE NOTED ABOVE.
I'M SURE THERE IS AN EASIER WAY TO ACCESS THE ARTICLE, BUT FOR SOME REASON I WAS UNABLE TO DO SO.

READ HOW O'BRIEN'S PICK FOR US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IS DOING IN HER FIRST FEW MONTHS ON THE JOB!

O'Brien pushed hard for Lori Chavez-DeRemer to become Trump's Secretary of the US Department of Labor. Take a look at her performance so far in the above article link..
No surprise. She, like O'Brien, is fighting for the Employers, not the workers. The betrayal grows larger every day.
In what has been described as a “barrage of attacks on workers,” the U.S. Department of Labor under President Donald Trump is planning to overhaul dozens of rules that protect workers from exploitation and wage theft. The administration announced this month that it planned to change over 60 regulations it deems “unecessary” burdens to businesses and economic growth.

This is in the first paragraph of the article.

“The administration announced this month that it planned to change over 60 regulations it deems “unecessary” burdens to businesses and economic growth.”

THAT CERTAINLY SOUNDS LIKE A PRO BUSINESS SECRETARY OF LABOR!

Trump picked her, he has publicly stated he dosent like unions he favors RTW and our president of this union endorsed this choice.
      Whats wrong with this picture?
Seems like O’Brien supporters are just like Trump supporters!
No matter what he does they claim he is the best.

Whoa! Read it. This appears to be a serious attempt to roll back protections. This is exactly how for-profit employers begin. Wait for the window to open just a crack (contract negotiations or litigation) and then keep opening it at a pace that seems tolerable. How could the General President of a labor union openly back shit like this? O'Brien is a huge sellout.
