My understanding was that DHL was Teamsters including UPS. Here in Southern California, we have non-Union UPS and DHL warehouses

That's the fault of Randy Korgan who has been in charge of organizing in Southern California for ages.

UPS package is 100% unionized
DHL express has neutrality agreements

DHL Supply Chain & UPS Supply Chain do not have neutrality agreements. DHL Supply Chain is union in some parts of the country (Detroit & Toledo)

I don’t know how it’s Korgan’s fault for them not being unionized. The leadership cannot want them to be union more than the workers. The workers have to want it more.
